A simple but very tasty pastry for tea or coffee - a pie with slices of banana and tender sour cream.
Combine eggs, sugar and sour cream in a deep container. Beat until smooth.
Pour in melted butter, stir.
Add sifted flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
Cut the bananas into small cubes, add them to the dough and mix gently.
Put the dough in a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with flour (I have a rectangular shape - 15 by 20 cm, height - 6 cm).
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool.
For the cream: beat the banana, sour cream, vanillin and sugar until smooth.
Pour the cream over the cake evenly.
If desired, sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate on top. Let the cake brew for one hour and cut into portions.
